Carolyn's journey in healthcare began over three decades ago when she embarked on a mission to enhance the skills and knowledge of healthcare professionals. Over the years, she served as an instructor for medical assisting programs, certified numerous coders through her billing/coding certification program, and provided training programs through the Coding Institute. She also shared her expertise as a speaker for five companies across the United States.
In 2018, Carolyn took a pivotal step by founding Carolyn M Rubin Consulting. She focuses on leadership development, coaching, mentoring, and empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their fullest potential. Her diverse background as a servant leader, certified life coach, speaker, trainer, and mentor uniquely positions her to inspire others to excel through masterminds, lunch-and-learns, and one-on-one coaching.
One of Carolyn's most rewarding aspects of her career is witnessing others grow and achieve their dreams, knowing that she played a pivotal role in empowering them to persevere and never give up. Her future goals include continuous personal growth and empowering even more individuals to live intentionally and to their fullest potential.
Carolyn Rubin holds a Medical Assisting degree from the Omaha School of Medical Assisting, and she achieved numerous certifications and awards in the healthcare and leadership fields, including the Lifetime Achievement Award from the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) and being named a Top Healthcare Executive of the Decade.
