Jennifer's journey into coaching began after she experienced a betrayal in her career. Despite being promised equity in a company she helped triple revenues, her partner reneged on the agreement. Undeterred, Jennifer turned adversity into opportunity and resigned from the company. Many of the women entrepreneurs she worked with expressed their desire to continue working with her, leading Jennifer to establish her coaching practice.
As the owner and lead business coach of Jennifer Dawn Coaching, Jennifer oversees a team of four other coaches and is deeply involved in creating content for coaching programs. Additionally, she hosts the popular podcast "Happy Productive" and has authored her second book with the release of "The Apple Stand."
Jennifer's coaching approach is characterized by her ability to help business owners overcome internal obstacles and embody their best selves. While it can be challenging to deliver brutal truths to clients, Jennifer finds it immensely rewarding to facilitate their healing and growth.
