As a testament to her dedication to community building, she organized her 3rd conference, "Thrive: The Reinvent and Rise Summit," providing women with valuable opportunities to network, share wisdom, and harness their unique energy. Alethia's literary contributions shine through as she authored six books, including the insightful "50 Things That I’ve Learned On My Way to 50," derived from lessons compiled as she approached her 50th birthday.
