As an executive and leadership coach, she noticed many of her clients struggled with personal issues, including divorce and separation, which affected their careers. Drawing on her credentials as a mediator and co-parenting facilitator, Mardi combined her coaching expertise with divorce support, focusing exclusively on women.
Throughout her two-decade-long career in the United States, Mardi's key responsibilities encompass running her business, providing divorce transition coaching, mediation services, speaking engagements, and training on various topics such as conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, negotiation, and effective communication.
Mardi's primary skill lies in coaching. She excels at creating a supportive environment, asking insightful questions, and helping her clients gain clarity. She empowers people to overcome challenges and obstacles by tapping into their strengths, abilities, talents, and resources.

On a personal level, she is pursuing her Professional Coaching Certification in 2024, with her current ACC level certification, and intends to devote more time to travel.
Mardi Winder-Adams holds a Master of Education degree from City University and boasts several credentials, including ICF ACC and BCC Executive and Leadership Coach, CDM (Credentialed Distinguished Mediator) in Texas, and CDTC (Certified Divorce Transition Coach). She is also certified in EQ-i 2.0 from MHS.
